Alstonville Anglican Fellowship - a women’s group who meet for fellowship and to support the work of mission agencies and local charities. The group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1.30pm in the Ministry Centre.
Catering Group – specialises in catering for the Parish Dinner, social events and refreshments after funerals.
Choirs & Music Groups - are a vital part of worship services. Musicians accompany the praise of the congregations, and there are two choirs who sing a range of traditional and modern songs on Sundays and special celebrations. If you are a musician or interested in singing you are welcome to join these groups.
Floral Group - A shared passion for flowers and creative floral arranging gives this group a wide range of opportunities to beautify St. Bartholomew’s Church for Sundays, weddings and special celebrations. Anyone with an interest in flower arranging is welcome to join.
Friendship Group – A time of fellowship, sharing and a devotion. Morning tea and transport provided. Meets at 10:00am on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
Home Groups – provide opportunities for adults to meet for friendship and study. Groups meet at different times and locations throughout the week. Membership of a home group is open to everyone – not just members of the church.
Men’s and Women’s Breakfasts - are held periodically during the year and offer a time of fellowship, great food and the chance to hear an interesting guest speaker.
MU Alstonville (Mothers’ Union) - This branch of M.U. Australia is dedicated to strengthening and preserving marriage and Christian family life. The Branch meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 9:30am in the Ministry Centre.
Parish Dinner - is held each year to extend the bonds of friendship over a catered dinner and entertainment.
Parish Fete - is held each year on the Saturday before Mother’s Day and offers a variety of stalls, delicious food and entertainment.
Parish Picnics - are held periodically throughout the year on Sunday afternoons at beachside or recreational venues.
Play Place - is a time for pre-school age children and their parents or carers to join in a structured time of games, music, craft and morning tea. Held each Thursday during school terms from 9.30am to 11.30am.
Sew Helpful Craft Group – provides a happy and helpful time to spend with fellow craft makers who enjoy embroidery, needlework and cross stitch.
Sunday @ Six - Fun, friendship and great coffee! Sunday @ Six offers a versatile program that engages with contemporary life and issues, and a relaxed place to explore our spiritual journey together. Child minding facilities provided. (4th Sunday of each month at 6:00pm)
Tregeagle Anglican Fellowship – the members of the Tregeagle congregation meet together regularly throughout the year for social events and times of fellowship.
Card Group - meets each Monday evening at 7:30pm in the Ministry Centre for an exciting Euchre tournament.
